Summerhill Energy Efficiency Programs
Summerhill has been instrumental in the design and delivery of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Isolated Systems Energy Efficiency Program. As NL Hydro’s delivery partner since 2012, Summerhill has provided outreach, education and energy efficient products to the home and to the business owners in the 42 remote diesel-system communities across Newfoundland and Labrador. To date the program has saved over 7 GWh of electricity, trained and employed over 55 local residents and achieved customer satisfaction ratings consistently above 90%.
